On the 12th of June 2019, Costanza Hermanin represented Science for Democracy at the VII permanent Commission of the Camera dei Deputati (Culture, Science and Education).
The informal hearing was devoted to two plans to reform the recruitment of academic staff (permanent and fixed-term employment of researchers): the PDL (law proposal) 783 by Daniele Torto and the PDL 1608 by Alessandro Melicchio. The hearing was made possible thanks to the invitation from Melicchio (5 Stars Movement), which followed two commentaries on the PDLs from our founder members Claudia Basta and Federico Binda.
